This is really cool feature, in Salesforce summer 2020 release,they came up with split list view, now you can work on multiple records without going back n forth to list view results.
To access split list view, select split view from the drop down as below.
Click on anyone one record on left side list view.
Note : "Split view supports only objects that are on the navigation bar. To use split view, make sure that the object is added as a navigation item on the navigation bar. Split view previously was available only for the console navigation style"

Natural language search lets users enter common words and phrases in the search box to find the records that they want. Natural language search is supported for accounts, cases, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Salesforce summer release 2020 came up with full view record, it helps if you’re transitioning to Lightning Experience, this view is similar to Salesforce Classic.
Now you have two record page view default options. Choose between the current view—now called Grouped view—and the new Full view. Full view displays all details and related lists on the same page.
Despite your best effort at positioning a floating prompt, it could hide the very feature you’re highlighting. Now, if a prompt is blocking an area of the page, users can move it.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in Essentials, Group, Professional, Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions.
Who: Users can move floating prompts whenever they’re displayed by clicking the drag-and-drop icon on the right side of the prompt.
When you create or edit prompts in the In-App Guidance Builder, you can do the same, but prompts don’t save in that location. Floating prompts can only be saved in one of the six predefined positions.
